You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason. This is in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • In their original condition — unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • In their original packaging where possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Perishable goods
  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition
