1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. goladoTG is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
